This policy describes how Baltum Büroo OÜ ("BALTUM", "we") processes personal data of visitors to soc2.com.ua.

Data we collect

Data you submit through the request form (name, company, e-mail, phone, description of your request) and technical visit data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) if you consent to analytics cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

Responding to your request and preparing a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps), and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest, or your cookie consent).

Retention

Request data is kept for up to 24 months after last contact if no contract is concluded.

Transfers

The form is processed by Web3Forms; analytics by Google Analytics. Data is never sold to third parties. Request data is shared within the BALTUM group (consulting, CPA firm, certification body) solely to prepare a proposal.
